Shannon & Alex is a project exploring life as a couple of humans in the San Francisco bay area.

Our adventures have been — and will hopefully continue to be — many and varied. Though few of them will likely qualify as ‘epic’ by objective standards, we’d like to think we’re having a pretty good time.

This website started as our wedding event info site, and we left it that way for a year or so after. In 2015, we bought our first house together, and decided to transform this site into a blog about the joys and horrors of dealing with a fixer-upper house in Oakland.
